I have a project I am working on. The goal is to figure out some rewards (besides money) that will motivate employees to want to further their education outside of work. The company already has monetary rewards in place if an employee completes a certification. I am just looking for some other ideas of potential rewards that will motivate the employees.

Titles. People love to have new titles. It doesn’t even have to necessarily change their job description.

Ramadan: its the best time to work on self-development?

This Ramadan what have you planned to accomplish, in terms of becoming a better person? spirtually? emotionally, mentally…maybe even physically??

Well, its not just in Ramadan but I have been working on myself for quite a time. But indeed, Ramadan does make a difference.

Since my connection with God is not that strong, or might not exist. I have planed to strengthen it, ie, prayers and all.

Other than that, I will keep on what I’m doing, exploring, learning, experiencing new things in life, gain knowledge and developing wisdom, talk to knowledgeable people.. I found a fair few here and still looking for more (if you can advice some users I can talk to … I’d appreciate it).

Mostly I spend my time talking about religion and faith.. I love talking about that because it helps in a way, to develop my inner faith in God and hopefully helping me reach a higher level of spirituality.
